This Friday, October 3, 2025, Dr. Concorde NSENGUMUREMYI, Director General of Rwanda Forestry Authority received Honorable Dr. Bernadette Arakwiye, Minister of Environment for a courtesy visit. They exchanged on RFA’s mandate. They also visited different facilities including the laboratory and tree nursery, among others.
